I have a problem to get vector on amplitude, please help

In Rhino 7 the problem does not arise.

Could it be that the value you gave it for “amplitude” input is negative? I’m not sure but I don’t think you’re supposed to give it a negative number.
There could be also other problems; if amplitude is 0 or a really small number like 0.0000000001

One more possiblity; if the vector is 0,0,0 which basically has no direction there for you cant give it an amplitude
