I don’t know why Sweep2 isn’t working on this shape? Can any body help?

Your curves on the end aren’t closed. They’re grouped but not joined. You can tell because when you click on one of the jagged polylines it says “2 curves selected”. Run ungroup on both, and then join. Should work after. Cheers!
Edit: Infact you don’t even have to ungroup the curves first. Just run join.
