Hundreds of Null but when I export them nothing wrong

when I run Wallacei, it finds hundreds of Null, then I export one of then try to find out what’s the reason, but nothing wrong, 3 FCs’ number is ok, gene is ok. I have exported many of them, nothing wrong. it taks me whole night only have 3 generation with 7 hundreds null…

I really don’t know what to do now…
