How to transfer Customized Toolbars?

I have customized the left and top panel of my rhino workspace. Now i want to transfer these setup to another mac.
I tried to copy the .plist files, but it does´t seem to contain the toolbar layout. I noticed an “import” and "export"
option in the command editor, but they are greyed out.
All the posts and tutorials I read so far only mention customizing the panels, but not how to transfer them.
(Rhino 5.0.2 on Yosemite 10.10.5)

Have you followed this procedure to transfer your plist? A simple copy&paste will not do, Rhino will overwrite it with the default plist.
