How to set up Anemone loop

Wondering if anyone can get me pointed in the right direction for this.
I think Anemone would be the right tool but I may be overlooking a more conventional tool that could do this.

Anyways, the goal is to connect two curves with a series of pipes by creating a set of origin point on each curve that are spaced out correctly with respect to the shearing or racking angle of the pipes, such that when piped, they don’t intersect.

I constructed a 2 iteration version of this just by hand, but my goal would be to loop this function to fill out the entire curve length with pipes.

Why do you need anemone?

The surface is planar, you can use contours

Yes in that file it was planar, but they wouldn’t be in the actual condition, otherwise I think you’re right that would make sense.
