How to model a car steering wheel

I’ve just started to learn Rhino and I need your help to get started with something. I would like to model a steering wheel. Where should I start from? How would you tackle it?

Hello Pascal, thank you!
I’ve actually already started with tutorials and have a good understanding of the tools available in Rhino. My question is more high-level, like whether to start with curves or SubDs or solids, for example. But I will continue my exploration and be back to the community with some basic work to get some feedbacks.
