How to make surrounding frames on curved window/surface

I been struggling to make surrounding frames on the outside wall of the windows I have made. Is there a way to do a simple frame?

Wasn’t sure if I should because I got the main part answered and wanted to import a new file. And thus, wanted to get other perspectives. Sorry!
