How to make inscribed circle in rectangular in grasshopper?

Hi Guys! I’m struggled with inscribed circles in grasshopper.

Here are some conditions that I wanna make it.

  1. Circles are inside the rectangular.
  2. Size of circles are getting smaller going up.
  3. These circles don’t collapse each other.
  4. These location will be random.

Now I don’t know how could make these circles doesn’t collapse and getting smaller at the same time.
Help me… plz
