Looks like something from the ladybug ecosystem. Btw In Grasshopper nodes are called components, not batteries.

hold down ctrl + alt and click the centre of the icon. it should show the tab and location with arrows and a circle.

I think this won’t work with these components made in python, it will most likely point you to the python script component if anything.
