How to deform a solid that is part of a grid that has been adjusted using attractor points

Hi I would like some help. I have taken a square grid and using lines that cut through it I have applied attractor points that affected this grid. Furthermore I would like those points to have a shape but instead of all of them being one shape I would like each to behave differently in shape based on the attractor influence. Is there a way to do this? Thank you very much!
