How to create random shapes?

Hi everyone,

I am new to grasshopper so a lot of doubts on how to do some things. I am playing around with randomness. I am stuck on how to move them up and down, rotate them and connect them randomly? I have notes and sketches in the file for my problem. I would really appreciate it if you could take a look at my grasshopper file and help me out.
