How to create 3D single or multiple building template in rhino/grasshopper?

How to create 3D single or multiple building template in rhino/grasshopper, which can be used to create different generative designs with different parameters passed every time. So that selected design can be exported and posted on web based map location.

Is it achievable, if not in rhino/grasshopper are there any alternatives.

I understand its very generic and broad scope question; Is it possible to achieve an functionality like this using rhino/grasshopper?

The element that seems less simple is

But as Grasshopper is a sort of development tool and as it embed C#, VB and Python you have quite infinite possibilities.
What Rhino and Grasshopper are less good is for high number of element simulations. Like fluids, smoke … Houdini seems better.

For the rest the user/developer is more the limit than the tool.
