How to align points on the mesh to be parallel to the x axis

I’d like to align the line connecting two points on the mesh to be parallel to the x axis. Currently, the line is slightly off the x axis. Please tell me how to move both two points and the mesh at the same time so that the line connecting the two points is aligned with the x-axis.

Hello- Orient or Rotate, you’ll need the Vertex OSnap, and then Ortho on for the target point.
