Hide world plane

dumb question for you but its driving me crazy… how can i hide the world plane?

If you mean CPlane (construction plane) you just type Grid on command line and there you get all options.

Hi ethank,

from the Document Properties in the Rhino Options dialog, you get access to the grid settings.

alternatively you can create a new button with a macro to toggle the grid visibility:

_-Grid _ShowGrid _ShowGridAxes _Enter

Not shure if this is a default thing, but this gets invoked here if i use the F7 key.

Grid in Display Panel

Hi Ernest, We tried to keep the Display panel as simplified as possible due to the vast number of display mode settings available. In this case, the Grid settings are to use the document defaults so they aren’t exposed in the display mode itself. If however you change the display mode to use mode specific grid settings you’ll get check boxes in the Display panel. [image]
