Help with 3d model

Hi,

I have this model downloaded from an Italian Light fixture manufacturer.
When I open it I see holes, sharp edges, etc.
I tried to smooth it, close holes, connect naked edges, etc, all without any success.
Any suggestions on how to make it look good so I can have some close shots in Twinmotion?

You can give it a try with ShrinkWrap,

I still on 6.0 version.
