Help w/ lofting sets of curves (panels) generated from a grid..?

Hi all! A bit of a challenging problem for you (if only for the disorganized definition)… I have arrayed a variable set of lines from a grid, and to create panels I would like to loft two inlaid closed curves with each other. It’s easy to do manually once baked, but attempting to do so in Grasshopper forces a lofting with all curves selected. I have no idea what I should do.

In the definition, the panels describe input and output, and off to the side is an example of what the supposed end result should be. If anyone could take a look at this (once again, hope the definition isn’t too messy!) it would be absolutely wonderful  Thanks in advance!

Check attachment. Best…
