Help using Bend command

Hi all,

I am trying to bend these 4 colored flaps over the lip of the blue circular base. I am extremely unfamiliar with _Bend, but it seems like this is the only way to do so? (Unless there’s another command that could accomplish this?) I attached a picture with a rough sketch to show what I mean, and a copy of the file is attached for V7, but if necessary I can also upload the V6 version… let me know!

Hello - bend should do it

This was bent in Front with the origin/bend location a bit lower than you might expect - somewhere in here:
