Help Needed! With Creating Lights and Face Lip

Now that I have your attention. Hey, everyone. I’m new to Rhino! Please have mercy lol I’m in the adding details stage of my design. Im puzzled as to how to creat “led lights” in Rhino and also how to create a “lip” that would be about half a inch on the face of the flashlight design where I can put

FYI you’ll likely get better response with a useful and descriptive title.
