[Help] I have an Idea but need help working out the process

I have a building concept. Its a building with vertical rectangular shaped fins that go straight vertical down the building, but the placement of them is irregular and done in a pattern.

My first thought would be ArrayCrv using little rectangles as the object arrayed which would get them equally spaced, but what if I need to place them in a Pattern?
For example:
[block] (four feet of space) [block] (eight feet of space) [block] (six feet of space) → Repeating until evenly distributed along the curve

Most likely id need a script, but how would I go about setting up a “pattern” for a grasshopper script to function following something simple like a circle, or organic like an amoeba?

If anyone’s got time to kill, I’d appreciate any help or attempts at creating a “pattern” of spacing.

Thanks mighty mighty rhinos.

Hi sorry, I dont really understand what you mean by “[block] (four feet of space) [block] (eight feet of space) [block] (six feet of space) → Repeating until evenly distributed along the curve”

Can you elaborate more with a sketch or something?

Heres a sketch, The amoeba is the path curve, the hatched rectangles are the shape being arrayed along the curve, and the measurements for the pattern are given below, 4’ 6’ 8’
