Having trouble splitting

Hi! For some reason I am having trouble splitting this surface. Have done this many times before successfully and am wondering what I am doing wrong. Any help would be much appreciated! mount abe.3dm.zip (4.3 MB)

Draw a circle and then in plan use the WireCut command:
