Having problems whith solid union in Grasshopper2

I am designing a gear for a 3D printer pulley. When I was happy with the design, I tried to make one losed brep form all its parts. For some reason when I plug all of them into the component it completely removes one of them.

looks like the boolean operation doesn’t like the mirrored object
mirroring again around XZ fixes it:
