as I’ve the opportunity to buy an Haptic device (Touch X from 3D system), I was wondering if this kind of device are worthy to implement with Rhino or even if it is compatible with rhino?
Any experience with this?

short answer no.
unless you have significant programming experience and can hack it yourself, the phantoms are essentially useless outside of the freeform/geomagic sphere. (very much by intent on their part)
