Halftone in closed geometries and texts

Could anyone help me by telling me how I could create a grasshopper tool, to create the halftone effect in closed geometries with islands and also in texts, using gradient effect of circles in all directions?

You could try Floyd-Steinberg Dithering ? or make some random flip between adjacent circles ?
