GRASSHOPPER Isocurves Not Evenly Spaced

I created a surface in Rhino. I would like to trace the overall shape with ISOCURVES at exactly 48" apart. I tried doing this with Grasshopper, but the length of the isocurve segments varies over the shape. How can I make the length of each isocurve segment exactly 48"? The end result should be a grid that echoes the shape of my surface.

Isocurves are not equidistant to each other, especially not on curved surfaces. If you want curves on the surface which are equidistant, you’ll need to use offset on surface.

Same edge lengths do not mean a surface is not stretched or squished.

So whenever I try OffsetCrvOnSrf in Rhino, I get this OR I it “fails.” The surfaces are created by LOFTING about 10 curves together. I’m not sure why it’s doing this.
