Grasshopper cannot find the area centroid of this surface

I have a trimmed surface for which Grasshopper cannot find the area centroid. It does fine with other trims from the same original piece.

Is this something that can be fettled, or is it an intrinsic limitation of the geometry?

Untrim Retrim and it works…

And you don’t even need to untrim it, just trim it with itself!

Or, instead of retrimming it, just reparameterize it…
