Please give it a try with Display Attribute + Model Object + Content Cache

Sorry to bring this back up, but is there a way to simultaneously split the colors into their own layers? That way when it’s baked each different color object is on its own layer? Thank you.

Yes, you can chieve it with Model Object + Model Layer
