Good CAD programs

Yeah, no. The “official” recommendation from even McNeel employees (can’t find the thread now but I’ve been told this) is to not attempt to use history except for a single operation, whereas in Alias, you can enable surface history on all four edges at the same time and do all sorts of manipulation and it will still be robust (thanks to query edit and the new history visualizer, which I must confess I haven’t used because it was added after our licenses lapsed).

Attempt the slightest change (and I can post so many, many examples) and Rhino breaks. It’s very, very far from beeing “good” in that regard.

Speaking of Alias, I think I missed that they finally got the Rhino gumball :rofl: (omg, I want it even more now… history view makes an appearance at 2:07):
