Hello there, I was looking for a tool for this but couldn’t find any, I used this in a couple of softwares so if I missed one let me know.
I want to modify a selection to get the perimeter/boundary of what is currently selected. So let’s say I made a circular selection of faces and I want to turn it into the corresponding perimeter
So it’s a conversion from faces to edges, but could also be a conversion from faces to the containing faces, mostly an inverse of the SelFacesToBoundary command like this
This is just an example and it was made with circular selection and subtracting another circular one, but the selection can have any shape so that method is useless
