Hi there!
I’ve been using the Geometry Gym plugin to export Revit Models with linked files for some time now and it’s been working great, but yesterday I had an issue I can’t get my head around.
I have an Eletric model filled with groups and 6 linked files in it. Everything exports fine, except 2 of those links, and I can’t find out why. Can you guys help me? I’ve already checked the visibility settings, phasing filters and all that.

Hi Isabela,
First thing to check, are the links that are not exporting “Attached” or “Reference”. The exporter only exports models that are attached. A reference model is typically from a different discipline for coordination (ie a Services model linking an architectural model).
If the links are attached, will help troubleshoot further.

Hi Jon, the links were attached… At the end we honestly gave up due timing and used the Bind command - we don’t like it very much because we already lost model elements with it. Do you have any other idea in mind?

Thanks for the email. Are there links within Links? It’s on my task list to better support that.
