Generate Barcode 128

Anyone know how to generate Barcodes? 128 in particular?

There is python lib available, but no idea how or what needs to happen to make it work.

Hello I did this in Grasshopper. It outputs surfaces, each cell has a size of 1 unit, so the size of qr code depends on the size of the string.
