From thickness analysis to geometrical outputs

Hello All,

Thickness analysis is a useful command in Rhino, but the result isn’t - let’s say - “geometrically usable”.
It would be awesome to have something in Grasshopper that takes a solid and - by adjusting a parameter (which is the thickness) - can result in a geometrical output (curves).
So, taking the example below, if the input parameter is “1” the output is all the curves laying on the green region where the thickness is exactly 1mm.

Never heard of “thickness analysis” but it looks like Contour?

Geometry is internalized, no need for Rhino file.

This is not a general solution, it works only on breps like this one…

Yes, I’m sure a different approach is needed with more complex solids. Anyway your solution is simple and effective for this.
