Foot Insole designing from 3d scan

Hi,
I am new to CAD and Rhino, I am trying to model an Insole from a foot scan, but I am unable to do so. Is there any plugins or tutorials that might be helpful?

Hi Kai - one possibility is to isloate the points in the scan that are relevant to the footbad and Patch these, trimming the needed shape from the resulting rectangle after the fact.
