Feature Request: Circle Tangent to Line at Point and Circle

I find myself frequently having to draw a circle tangent to a circle and a line at a point on the line.

I would be great to have this as a feature rather than having to do the construction myself.

The only trick is that the are usually two solutions.

Hello - Circle > Tangent should find that.
