When doing a tangent to two lines with a radius, it would be great to have the circle drawn in tangent to the lines rather than on the cplane.

I agree that if two lines are not skewed or define a plane within tolerance… an tangent arc / circle should lay in this plane…
Doesn’t _Circle _Tangent already do that?
