Exporting for cnc - splines/ dxf dwg settings?

lots of curves and circles exporting to autocad for cnc cutting

exporting as R2 lines and arc… comes in disconnected and when i join, converts to splines…

anyone have a best practice solution??

have you checked this part of the .dxf export scheme?

This is our setup.
Seems to work fine with PanelBuilder and Striker.

You will mostly likely get much better results of you Convert your Degree=3 and higher curves to chains of arcs.
Then you won’t be exporting anything that has to be “converted” for fir DXF file format, or for the subsequent export at G-code.
