Exported obj give index out of bound error when imported in other programs?

That is either specific to your file or to the program you import to - not a general error (just tested by importing a obj to Keyshot without any problems). What program are you trying to import the OBJ file to? If you can, post both the Rhino and OBJ file here. Also run the SystemInfo command in Rhino and post the result here. Have you checked the file for bad obejcts (SelBadObjects)? Also, what happens if you re-import the resulting OBJ back into Rhino? And what if the obejct is just a simple cube; does that work as expected?

It works fine when I import it in another program. So must the program importing having problems.
