ETO forms( Python file) as a Rhino Plugin ( Link Rhino Panel)

Hello,
Everyone,

I have an ETO form in Python and I want to package it as a Rhino Plugin so that when a script is loaded i can dock the form in the Rhino Properties panel. I am new to this and would appreciate some help
