i’m new Rhino user , i saw electrical cable tray routing layout has made by Rhino software,
is there any way to know how i can creat cable routing layout by rhino
like liberary or something ealse.

Not out of the box, no.
There was a plugin for pipe routing, but I don’t know about cable trays.
