From Rhino: File > Properties. This opens the Document Properties dialog box. On the left side select the very top item, Document Properties. This displays Summary Information which includes Created By, Date and time created, last saved by, etc… but there is no actual file name and file location …

The file name is always displayed in the band at the top of the Rhino application window, over the pull-down menus . There is an option in Appearance to display the full file name if you want that too. [image]
