When creating 3dm file with rhino3dm module in Python, where are the properties visible in Rhino8?

e.g. If I have this:

Where are these ApplicationName and ApplicationDetails visible in Rhino?

All I found is this:

…when I open the created file but the name doesn’t appear modified and there are no ApplicationDetails.

I can see these properties if I run “Audit3dm”
