Defects in subd offset

Hi!! I am having the same issue as before when I give thickness to a subd, some defects shows like this.. one user here did the same method in rhino8 and it worked perfectly.. I dont know if it is because I have rhino7.

Anyways.. Can someone who is using rhino8 make an offset "outwards’’ to these files and attach it here , they have the same object but with different scales. ( For 1:200 and 1:450 scale, offset is 2mm), and for the real scale file 0.2 m. Thank you
1;200 scale bridge.3dm (720.1 KB)
Real scale bridge.3dm (837.3 KB)
1;450 scaled bridge.3dm (18.6 MB)

this mesh is a topological mess…

you need to fix the topology in order to get anything useful from this.

you can however, run quadremesh to automatically retopo this mesh for much better flow, then convert that mesh to subd using the tosubd command.

then offset that new cleaner mesh.
