Deconstruct Brep Adds more Surface

Hi,

I use Deconstruct Brep option to create surface from the Extrusion brep. But for some reason instead of getting 4 Surfaces I am getting 8 Surfaces as shown in the attached picture.

secondly, It doesn’t show what you are feeding into extrusion. is it a surface? a curve? It would all be easier if you uploaded the file.

It would all be easier if you uploaded the file.

Also highly recommend switching Fancy Wires on via the menu, it really helps you to find problem with data structure.

Looks like you are using Polyline with closed option… that is the cause of the invalid curve…
