Cull Pattern in Random way

Dear Grasshoppers,

I would like to share the Image Which I would like to make in Grasshopper. Which may look simple for you :wink: but I am making it more complicated I guess.

Objective. I wan to remove the Circles ( In a structured way) from the master pattern. I have made 3 Variants. Each Variant has different Culling numbers. Please check the attached images hope you all understand.

It will be really great If you help me. Thanks in advance Guys

Your pattern is very concise so it would be possible to use cull pattern.
Please post your grasshopper file with the initial pattern.
