Hi,
I found that Rhino.Geometry.Curve.GetDistancesBetweenCurves produces unpredictable failures for similar type curve sets.
Find attached a V6 file that expresses the issue with the CrvDeviation command similar as found when using the GetDistancesBetweenCurves method.

Yep, I recently I also reported a bunch of failures on some spline curves… Typically in both V5 and 6. This has been a long-time problem, especially for scripts that depend on this function. The typical message is “no overlapping intervals found”. Bugtrack item here, perhaps the above can be added…
