I look for one solution to cretated 2D and 3D mosaic some one have allready tested last months one solution

I already tested this script but is not good is necessary development one new script in Grasshopper for do the follow points.
1º Vectorization of the picture.
2º Created one layer per color.
3º Subdivided every layer follows the geometry from outside to inside with different shapes of tiles and grows to simulate the roman mosaic.
Can you please develop it?

if yes please inform me.
