Create individual faces from deconstruct mesh

hi all,

i wish to create individual square faces from then the out put from is but that doesnt seem compatible with surface/mesh/or brep/geo… how can i turn in to individual surfaces.?

Here are 3 different ways to create meshes from all faces of another mesh. The last solution need MeshExplode from MeshEdit.
