Is this just a 3D modeling job or do you want to create one of those rendered 3D floor plans they like to use in real estate marketing? If you’re seeking the later it would help to post a reference picture.

There’ll be lots of people willing to help out. And if there isn’t I’ll check in towards the end of the day and maybe throw my hat into the mix.
