Hello, i’m trying to connect 3 Breps with one Brep Join but every time i connect another one the previous connection disappears. Only allowing one Brep to be connected. I’ve seen it somewhere so it should be possible but i dont know how its been done.
When you want to connect multiple wires to a single input, hold down the Shift key while dragging the wire. This will allow you to add additional wires without disconnecting the existing ones
SHIFT+drag multiple wires in the same input is a very fast and well-working solution, but keep in mind that it does not let you see in which order wires were connected
the above is probably meaningless in the case you are using it right now, but consider you can also use a dedicated component called Merge in order to merge multiple streams of data together (you can zoom-in with your mouse wheel on the component input and some small + will appear to let you add more inputs)
many times I open a definition I worked on weeks before, and there were multiple (like 6) wires going to the same input… and it was very important to know which was connected first, but I didn’t remember exactly how the wires were pulled
so the main distinction I do is usually like, if I know in advance that I’m going to press “save file” at a certain point, because I want to keep this definition for future use, then I absolutely use Merge and don’t connect multiple wires together: consider Merge as a life-saver of your own future time
if I know the definition won’t be saved, I’m just testing something on a leash, then UNLEASH THE KRAKEN
