Comparing a Point Cloud to original design

Hi,

I just received an inquiry about creating a heat map for deviation between a Point Cloud/Mesh from one of my 3d scans to the original design model. I’m wondering if there’s a way to do this efficiently in Rhino/Grasshopper?

My apologies in advance if this is a repeat subject, but all my searches came up with older threads. Much appreciated!

The command is called PointDeviation.
