Circle tan tan and through point how?

How does one do tan to two curves and through a point ?
letting it choose whatever rad suits.

Use the Circle tangent to 3 curves tool.
Select your two curves for the tangents.
Then when prompted for the 3rd curve, click the ‘Point’ command line option, and select the point using an osnap.
